Insurance

At Deeply Well, we want to make our counseling services as accessible as possible. We are proud to be an out-of-network provider, which means you have the flexibility to use your insurance to seek reimbursement for our services. While you will pay for your sessions upfront, many insurance plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network providers. Please view the guide below to gain a better understanding of the out-of-network process. Our dedicated team is here to assist you in navigating the reimbursement process, providing you with the support you need on your journey to emotional well-being. When verifying benefits with the “Use Your Insurance” feature, please allow up to 10 seconds for the feature to load.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, so we aim to keep our cancellation policy user-friendly. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours' notice, there won't be any charge, and you can conveniently make these changes through your client portal. However, if you cancel within 24 hours or miss your appointment, we kindly ask that you cover the full service fee. This is because once your appointment is set, that time is exclusively reserved for you and can't be used by others. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring everyone receives the care they need.

In accordance with the No Surprises Act, effective January 1, 2022, Deeply Well wants to ensure that all patients are aware they can receive a “Good Faith Estimate” to help them estimate the expected charges they may be billed for receiving healthcare services performed by Deeply Well. This applies to any clients who are out-of-network, uninsured or who is insured but does not plan to use their insurance benefits to pay for health care services.
