Insurance

At Deeply Well, we want to make our counseling services as accessible as possible. We are proud to be an out-of-network provider, which means you have the flexibility to use your insurance to seek reimbursement for our services. While you will pay for your sessions upfront, many insurance plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network providers. Please view the guide below to gain a better understanding of the out-of-network process. When you complete the New Client Intake Form, input your insurance information, our team will then email you your specific Out of Network Benefits with your insurance for therapy.

Good Faith Estimate and No Surprise Billing

In accordance with the No Surprises Act, effective January 1, 2022, Deeply Well wants to ensure that all patients are aware they can receive a “Good Faith Estimate” to help them estimate the expected charges they may be billed for receiving healthcare services performed by Deeply Well. This applies to any clients who are out-of-network, uninsured or who is insured but does not plan to use their insurance benefits to pay for health care services.

FAQ’s

How long does therapy usually take?

1

Many clients attend between 12 and 20 sessions, though the length of therapy depends on goals, history, and the challenges being addressed.

How do I know if I need therapy, or if I should just push through on my own?

2

If you're asking the question, that's usually a sign it's worth exploring. Therapy isn't only for crisis moments — many clients come to Deeply Well while they're still functioning well on the outside but feel exhausted, anxious, or disconnected from themselves underneath. You don't need to hit a breaking point to deserve support.

Is therapy only for people in crisis?

3

No, many clients come to Deeply Well while everything looks fine on the outside but they're privately exhausted, anxious, or disconnected from themselves, and you don't need to hit a breaking point to deserve support.

Is therapy worth paying for?

4

Therapy helps you achieve outcomes that help your life improve. The constant worry, anxiety, depression, or struggle you feel is not worth living in without having a therapist guide you towards the peace you were meant to have.

How often do I attend sessions?

5

Most clients begin with weekly or biweekly sessions and adjust frequency as progress is made.
